Out of this depth of experience, Anton developed the Embodied Titration Method (ETM): a trauma-informed, somatically grounded approach to psychedelic facilitation. ETM weaves together nervous-system awareness, relational presence, ongoing consent, and responsive pacing, drawing on practices such as Continuum Movement, Body-Mind Centering, and Somatic Groundwork.
ETM does not follow a fixed protocol, nor does it steer an experience toward a predetermined end. Instead, it holds space for each person's process to unfold in its own time, guided by careful listening, embodied attunement, and reverence for what is ready to be felt and integrated.
At the heart of Anton's work lies a simple belief that the body is not something to transcend, but something to inhabit more fully.
Meet the Founder
Anton Cee is an artist, somatic movement educator, and psychedelic facilitator devoted to the study of consciousness, healing, and human transformation through the body.
For more than three decades, he has journeyed through healing traditions across South America, India, and China, weaving together Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, somatic bodywork, movement arts, and contemplative practice into a single, embodied path of inquiry. In recent years, this path has extended into psychedelic end-of-life care, offering steady presence to individuals and families as they move through dying, death, and grief.
Anton's relationship with entheogens began in the early 1990s, and in 2015 he entered into a personal journey with 5-MeO-DMT that would come to shape the course of his life's work. In the years since, he has devoted himself to studying and facilitating this medicine as a practice of embodied awareness, integration, and transformation - a devotion deepened through a year-long 5MeO apprenticeship with the Temple of Awakened Divinity, Hakomi-informed somatic coaching, and a commitment to low-dose, stepwise ways of working.
