Be willing to make a mess.
Be willing to sit in the discomfort and the dissonance that so often arises,
when we are engaged in deep learning.

Memories of the Forgotten, Six Missing Melt

Step Into the Future of Facilitation

For years, 5MeO-DMT has been called the "sacrament of our time". A medicine capable
of dissolving layers of conditioning and awakening a deeper truth of being and embodiment.

The Embodied Titration Method (ETM) is a somatic-informed and relational approach to 5MeO-DMT, rooted in safety, slowness, and attunement. It moves away from the high-dose
"Full Release" (breakthrough) model and instead uses finely calibrated, sub-threshold doses in a step-by-step process, guided by each person's nervous system and moment-to-moment experience. In this training, we will be learning how to work with low-dose, titrated 5MeO administration in combination with assisted embodiment and |somatic practices using breath, sound and micro-movement to
support participants in navigating this consent centered titrated process with greater safety,
depth, and integration.

Rather than a fixed protocol, this is a living relational field that meets people where they're at. It values presence over performance,
coherence over catharsis, and consent over collapse. In this space of trust and curiosity, trauma and
tension can surface and release gently, without overwhelming the system.

This ETM training is not for everyone. It is for those who feel called to stand at the edge of this unfolding movement: therapist, coaches, guides, and all health practitioners who want to be recognized as part of the emerging wave of facilitators shaping a new, responsible era of 5MeO practice.
