Be willing to make a mess.
Be willing to sit in the discomfort and the dissonance that so often arises,
when we are engaged in deep learning.

Step Into the Future of Facilitation

For years, 5-MeO-DMT has been called the "sacrament of our time"—a medicine capable of dissolving layers of
conditioning and revealing a deeper truth of being, presence, and embodiment.

The Embodied Titration Method (ETM) is a trauma-informed, somatic, and relational approach to working with 5-MeO-DMT. Rooted in safety, slowness, and attunement, it offers an alternative to the high-dose "Full Release" or breakthrough
model by utilizing carefully calibrated, sub-threshold doses administered through a step-by-step process guided
by each person's nervous system and moment-to-moment experience.

In this training, participants will learn how to work with low-dose, titrated 5-MeO-DMT in combination with assisted
embodiment practices, including breath, sound, micro-movement, and relational tracking. These approaches
support participants in navigating the process with greater safety, agency, depth, and integration.

Rather than relying on a fixed protocol, ETM is a living relational field that meets people where they are. It values presence over performance, coherence over catharsis, and consent over collapse. Within a container of trust, curiosity, and attuned support, trauma, tension, and unfinished experiences can emerge and be metabolized without overwhelming the system.

Through titration, assisted embodiment, and nervous system tracking, facilitators learn how to cultivate genuine
capacity rather than temporary peak experiences. The emphasis is on helping participants develop the ability
to remain present with what arises, fostering lasting transformation through embodied integration rather
than bypassing difficult material through overwhelming states.

This training is not for everyone. It is designed for therapists, coaches, guides, healthcare practitioners, and experienced
facilitators who feel called to stand at the leading edge of this emerging movement. It is for those who wish to help
shape a more responsible, relational, and trauma-informed future for 5-MeO-DMT practice, one grounded
in presence, consent, embodiment, and human connection.
