Memories of the Forgotten, Six Missing Melt

Embodied Flow is a experiential gathering exploring embodied inquiry through fluid somatic movement practice in combination with low-dose Jaguar medicine (5-MeO-DMT).

The practice uses subtle breath, sound, mindful attention, and micro-movement to deepen body awareness, support nervous-system regulation, and shift perception. Rather than following prescribed exercises or directing the body toward a particular outcome, participants are invited to listen inwardly and explore the body’s innate intelligence, fluidity, and capacity for self-organization.

When combined with low-dose Jaguar medicine, this approach offers a powerful way to remain connected to the body within expanded states of consciousness. As habitual patterns of perception begin to soften, movement and embodied inquiry provide a pathway for sensing, exploring, and integrating what emerges—without needing to immediately interpret or make meaning of the experience cognitively.

Together, the practice of Embodied Flow and low-dose Jaguar medicine can support:

  • Greater somatic awareness and embododied capacity

  • Nervous-system regulation and refined self-tracking

  • Greater capacity to navigate expanded states while remaining embodied and present

  • Access to subtle layers of sensation, emotion, memory, and movement

  • Integration through direct embodied experience rather than cognition alone

  • A deeper relationship with the body’s inherent intelligence and capacity for transformation

At its heart, Embodied Flow is an inquiry into what becomes possible when we slow down enough to listen to the body and allow movement to emerge from within rather than imposing movement upon it.

Is This Journey Right for You?

Embodied Flow is for those curious about exploring low-dose Jaguar (5MeO-DMT) medicine through movement, breath, sound, and somatic inquiry.

For those new to 5-MeO-DMT, it offers a gentle, embodied introduction without moving toward full release. For those with previous experience, it offers a different way of returning to the medicine through subtlety, presence, and deeper listening to the body rather than intensity.

Throughout the gathering, choice, consent, and self-agency remain central. This is an invitation to slow down, listen inwardly, and explore what becomes possible when movement, medicine, and the intelligence of the body meet.

Cost: We are asking for a sliding scale contribution of between
($300 - $450)per person.

Your support is deeply appreciated and helps us continue our sacred work of sharing this experience with others. Our intention has been to make this medicine accessible to
all, offered with care and respect.”

Lead Facilitator

Anton Cee: I’m an artist, somatic movement guide, psychedelic facilitator, and educator. My work is rooted in embodied inquiry, contemplative practice, and cross-cultural healing traditions.

With a background in Cultural Anthropology and Asian Medicine, I have spent more than three decades exploring healing traditions and embodied practices throughout India, China, and South America.

I have worked with entheogens since the early 1990s, with the last decade devoted specifically to the study and facilitation of 5-MeO-DMT. My training includes a year-long 5-MeO training and apprenticeship through the Temple of Awakened Divinity, Hakomi-informed somatic coaching, and training in several low-dose and stepwise approaches to working with 5-MeO-DMT. I am also a Ketamine-Assisted Practitioner(KAP) and certified in Psychedelic End-of-Life Facilitation through the Psychedelic Research and Training Institute (PRATI).

This depth of experience led me to develop the Embodied Titration Method (ETM), a trauma-informed, somatically grounded approach to 5-MeO-DMT that emphasizes nervous-system attunement, relational presence, and consent while allowing the body’s own intelligence to guide the pace and unfolding of the experience.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: the body is not something to fix or transcend, but something to inhabit more deeply. Lasting transformation comes not only from profound experiences, but from our capacity to embody them in the way we live.
