Please Read this Information Carefully in Preparation for the ETM In-Person Training

Working with low-dose 5-MeO-DMT through the Embodied Titration Method is designed to support presence, continuity of awareness, and relational safety. Rather than aiming for intense or overwhelming states, this approach allows participants to generally remain conscious and oriented, engaging the experience somatically and in real time.

By moving slowly and consensually, only as fast as the most hesitant parts can go. ETM prioritizes nervous system regulation, choice, and attunement. This makes it especially well-suited for relational contexts and consciousness exploration where staying connected to the present moment, the body, and relational cues is essential.
