The Embodied Titration Method (ETM) is a somatic, trauma-informed, relational approach to working with 5-MeO-DMT rooted in safety, slowness, and attunement. Rather than relying solely on high-dose “full release” experiences, ETM works with finely calibrated, sub-threshold dosing
in a step-by-step process guided by each person’s nervous system.
Through titration, assisted embodiment, and relational tracking, facilitators learn to cultivate real capacity, supporting participants in navigating this consent-centered process moment by moment, with greater safety, depth, and sustainable integration.
Each Training Includes:
• Two Online Modules (Prerequisite)
Foundational theory, safety, ethics, somatic tracking, dosing frameworks,
and relational facilitation principles.
• Three-Day In-Person Immersion
An embodied practicum where we practice, receive, and refine the art of titrated
5-MeO facilitation within a carefully held group container.
Who Is This For
This ETM training is not for everyone. It is for those who feel called to stand at the edge of this unfolding movement: therapist, coaches, guides, and all health practitioners who want to be part of the emerging wave of facilitators shaping a new, responsible era of 5MeO-DMT practice.
