Be willing to make a mess.
Be willing to sit in the discomfort and the dissonance that so often arises,
when we are engaged in deep learning.

Step Into the Future of Facilitation

For years, 5-MeO-DMT has been called the "sacrament of our time". A medicine capable of dissolving layers of conditioning
and awakening a deeper truth of being and embodiment.

The Embodied Titration Method (ETM) is a somatic-informed and relational approach to 5-MeO-DMT, rooted in safety, slowness, and attunement. It moves away from the high-dose "Full Release" (breakthrough) model and instead uses finely calibrated, sub-threshold doses in a step-by-step
process, guided by each person's nervous system and moment-to-moment experience. In this training, we will be learning how to work with
5-MeO vape pens in combination with assisted embodiment and somatic practices using breath, sound and micro-movement to support
participants in navigating this consent centered titrated process with greater safety, depth, and integration.

Rather than a fixed protocol, this is a living relational field that meets people where they're at. It values presence over performance,
coherence over catharsis, and consent over collapse. In this space of trust and curiosity, trauma and tension
can surface and release gently, without overwhelming the system.

This ETM training is not for everyone. It is for those who feel called to stand at the edge of this unfolding movement: therapist, coaches, guides, and all health practitioners who want to be recognized as part of the emerging wave of facilitators shaping a new, responsible era of 5-MeO practice.

What You Will Learn During ETM Training

    • Learn the core principles of the Embodied Titration Method.

    • Explore the different routes of 5-MeO administration and when each is most appropriate.

    • Understand the difference between Embodied Titration and the larger "Full Release" dose.

    • Clarify who this medicine is for and who it may not be for.

    • Discover the unique benefits of working with the Embodied Titration.

    • Practice grounding techniques that bring safety through somatic resourcing, tracking., and embodied connection

    • Learn to use breath, vocal toning, and micro-movements as navigational tools for yourself and with clients across preparation, facilitation, and integration.

    • Cultivate the qualities of patience, playfulness, and presence that define powerful facilitation.

    • Precision dosing with vape pen technology

    • Incremental titration: starting small, building gradually

    • Pacing, timing, and the "stacking effect"

    • Establishing relational safety & trust

    • Supporting autonomy: participants set the pace

    • Holding clear energetic and physical boundaries

    • Comprehensive screening: physical & mental health contraindications.

    • Recognizing nervous system overwhelm & grounding strategies.

    • Harm-reduction practices for responsible facilitation.

    • Extending the tail: soft landings & smoother returns

    • Somatic tools to anchor insights into daily life

    • Guiding post-session integration practices

    • Master the precision titration process with 5-MeO vape pens, the safest, most versatile way to work with the medicine.

    • Learn to create consent-based containers that establish trust and protect both facilitator and participant.

    • Develop embodiment tools that include breath, sound, movement techniques to guide clients beyond resistance into discovery.

    • Acquire essential safety protocols for screening, nervous system regulation, and harm reduction.

    • Walk away confident, not only as a facilitator-but as part of a movement shaping the future of psychedelic work.

The mind is like the wind and the body like the sand: if you want to know how the wind is blowing, you can look at the sand.
